RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

 We promise you to provide only our great quality products and services, but we know sometimes things get overlooked when we get so overwhelmed. But don't worry we fully back our products and services, if you have any issues with our products or services within 30 days of receiving, we would love to hear from you and we will make it right for you because you are our awesome customer!

If you have photos, that's great!! that will help us identify the problem for you quickly!. BUT please don't return any products before you hear anything back from us, because you might not need to, as sometimes we would ship a replacement or give you a refund without any product returning!

• If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us to start a Return process within 30 days from the received date
• Please wait until you hear back from us for the next process
• Sometimes you may get a refund if we can't provide you a replacement 
• At least one reason must be identified with the return product
• All returned products will be shipped at customer cost, but we will provide free shipping on the replacement
